Space to be

On 6th March this new project was launched in Holy Trinity Church. The church had been transformed into 'areas' of quiet activity which included an area to enjoy food and drink; an area for children to relax with quiet games; an area to enjoy the physical relaxation of massage and a variety of areas offering space for personal spiritual reflection. Those who came to this first evening all spoke of the way in which the atmosphere helped them to a place of stillness. The children had immersed themselves in the quiet and were reluctant to leave this 'haven'.

We are delighted that we now have on our team a therapist qualified to offer massage for babies and children and this will be available along with all the benefits of Space To Be at each of our monthly evenings which are always on the first Tuesday of the month.

Space To Be is open to all the community of Barnes and we do encourage you to come and see for yourselves what this pioneering event can offer. We are open between 7.00-9.00pm for you to use any of the spaces as you choose (even to simply enjoy a coffee). All we offer is free other than a suggested tariff for food and drink.
