Professor Mary Grey: theologian and writer
Mary Grey focuses on liberation theology and social justice and her
work is nourished by the experience of co-founding Wells for India with
her husband Nicholas in 1987 and frequent visits to Rajasthan. Recent
books include Feminist Images of God; Sacred Longings:
Ecofeminist Theology and Globalisation; The Unheard Scream
– the Struggles of Dalit Women in India; Pursuing the
Dream – a Jewish-Christian Conversation, with Rabbi Dan Cohn
Sherbok; Beyond the Dark Night – A way forward for the Church?
She is now based at St Mary's University College, Twickenham with a
research focus.
