Herbal recipes for communication
For the speaker – Rosemary.
Energises and restores , giving one strength to speak.
For the listener – Chamomile.
Calms and reassures self , giving one strength to listen.
Method for both remedies,
As a Tisane
- Place one tablespoon of your chosen herb in a warmed teapot.
- Fill pot with boiling water, cover and leave to infuse for five to ten minutes.
- Strain and pour into a china cup.
- Sweeten with Honey from the Bees.
