Herbal recipes for communication

For the speaker – Rosemary.
Energises and restores , giving one strength to speak.

For the listener – Chamomile.
Calms and reassures self , giving one strength to listen.

Method for both remedies,

As a Tisane

  • Place one tablespoon of your chosen herb in a warmed teapot.
  • Teapot and cup
    Fill pot with boiling water, cover and leave to infuse for five to ten minutes.
  • Strain and pour into a china cup.
  • Sweeten with Honey from the Bees.
