An introduction to Holy Trinity’s new vicar,
who was licensed on 22nd November 2005

I am delighted to have been invited to be Vicar of Holy Trinity and look forward to us building relationships and facing the future together in Barnes. I would like to offer you a little about myself by way of introduction. I trained for ministry and was ordained in Salisbury Diocese where I served in two parishes in the city whilst having an additional position in the diocesan youth Department. In my previous parish I had responsibility for the community development project and was also chair of the community youth project.

I am married to Denis who is currently in reader training and have two grown-up children, Joanne 26 and Jonathan 22. I have recently been awarded a Masters degree in Christian Spirituality and began study in September on a Masters degree in Addiction and Psychology Counselling. However, I am much happier putting these things into practice rather than studying books on them!

Den and I were sorry to leave Park Barn but equally we were eager to begin our journey with you. Please pray for us as we will for you and we look forward to new friendships.
